Part-Time In Store Community Marketing Associ..

The Community Marketing Associate is responsible for creating Community Marketing programs, events, and marketing initiatives at the store.
This associate is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing accounts in their territory and building new relationships primarily from walk-in solicitations and occasionally by engaging customers outside the store.
This position is part of the Store Operations team and reports directly to the Store Manager.
This person should maintain a good working relationship with Community Marketing Manager, Store Manager, District Manager.
New Partnership Development and Marketing ActivationThe CMA's chief responsibility will be fielding walk-in solicitation requests.
They may occasionally prospect for new partnerships outside their stores but those interactions will be approved on a case by case basis.
They will focus on team sports, hunting, fishing, gun clubs, running organizations, scouts and local school relationships.
They are also responsible for executing in-store events such as shop nights, league registrations, race packet pickups, grand openings, product launches, hot market and product demos.
Maintain Existing Relationships/Manage Consumer RequestsThe CMA role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with already established league relationships for their particular store.
Information on each league will be shared with the CMA upon hire.
The CMA will then serve as a primary point of contact for all league relationships.
Manage Team Packet Program & DistributionThe CMA will oversee the management and distribution of the Dick's Team Packet program.
The CMA will distribute of uniquely barcoded Team Packets to coaches, Athletic Directors, league administrators and officials for the purpose of tracking their impact on their stores business.
CYS Program ManagementThe CMA will be responsible for managing the inbound shipment and distribution of the Community Youth Sports (CYS) program to all surrounding league partners for their store.
Miscellaneous Responsibilitieso Database management - must record key contact information and interaction with local organizations.
This data must be tracked by each CMA to provide visibility to their results from community events, sponsorships and other marketing programs.
o Process adherence and Management - expect the CMA to adhere to the use of CORE, MPRA, Sponsorport, Donation logs, and Shop Event performance tracking.
o Some travel may be required outside the store.
Prior community involvement is preferred.
