Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team.
As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout process for our valued customers.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Shift availability preferred:
Morning shift, Day shift, Evening shifts if needed Duties:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the front end of the store - Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system - Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service throughout the store Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers in a friendly manner - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions - Proficiency in operating a Point of Sale (POS) system - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, baking, possess the necessary skills, and thrive in a dynamic retail environment, we would love to hear from you!
